Bunk bed with full bed on bottom, twin on top.

Living Room: futon couch (full bed)

House guests enjoy full use of Beaver Valley’s facilities including pool, kiddie pool, ponds, walking paths, fossil pit, arcade, coin laundry, etc. located just 1 mile up the road from the House.



Located right next door is the BVBlue House. Also sleeps 8.

Weekly Rental Rate $1250 + 4% bed tax


We request a damage/security deposit of $200
