Renovated farm house on 100 acres, beautiful scenery, space to walk and hike.  A trout creek runs through the property.  See whitetail deer,  turkeys, pheasants, geese, ducks, blue birds, crows, hawks, rabbits, and if your lucky a bald eagle, all kinds of birds, and other wild life. 

 
Less than 10 minutes ( about 6 miles) to the Cooperstown Dreams Park, 4 miles to the Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, and 4 miles to the beautiful Otsego Lake, Cooperstown Village with restaurants and baseball souvenirs.    

The house has beautiful wood and ceramic tile floors. It consists of 7 rooms, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a spectacular “Jacuzzi tub” with shower overhead. The second bathroom has a full size stall shower.  Two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the third bedroom has a full size bed. There is a single day bed for an additional person.
