We offer on a weekly basis two wonderful air conditioned carriage house apartments with modern furnishings and amenities. Each apartment is outfitted with two queen beds. Each unit sleeps four people. Bed linens and towels are provided. The apartments have a full bath with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area with cable TV and high speed wirteless internet. Please no smoking or pets. The apartments feature an outdoor patio with picnic tables and a magnificent view of the lake. A gas grill is provided. Our private beachfront is available for picnics, cookouts, swimming etc. We also have dockage for your own boat or rentals. The rural setting provides a quiet retreat for relaxation and enjoyment. The property is 4 miles from Cooperstown and 9 miles from Dreams Park. The weekly price for each unit is $1190 plus the 4% bed tax.

We also have a comfortable air conditioned 1 room efficiency with double bed. A single cot is available at no extra charge. The rate for the efficiency is $750 weekly plus the 4% bed tax.
