These units are only 13 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park, 20 minutes to Cooperstown and 20 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village.

Situated on 50 acres of beautiful rolling hills these custom built units have solid oak and maple cabinets and hardwood floors in the kitchen, wall to wall carpet in the bedroom, living room, and loft.

The bath is a beautify designed area with a oversized shower and maple cabinets.

These units will easily sleep 4-6 persons.

There is a coin operated laundry only a few short steps from each unit.

For your recreational needs there are several excellent golf courses within 10 minutes. Shopping malls, movie theaters, roller skating, fun parks, restaurants, bowling, and much more are within 10 minutes (in any direction) from this central location.

Two units have screened in porches, which are a favorite retreat of our guests at the end of the day. All units have outdoor grills and picnic tables, as well as a centrally located outdoor firepit and gathering area.

Large master bedroom has, queen size bed; 2nd bedroom (loft) has a queen platform.

The Living area has a pull-out queen size couch with a extremely high quality 7" spring mattresses (very comfortable).

Each unit has Central air and heat

We are open "year round", take advantage of our area's Winter sports such as cross country and downhill skiing, snowmobile and snow tubing. Local snowmobile and cross country skiing trails cross the property.

The areas fall foliage views are superb, we also recommend the local antique shops, of which there are 100's.

Anytime of year is a perfect time to visit the area. Points of interest are the Baseball Hall of Fame, local golf courses, shopping and fun parks or you may want to just take a stroll down Cooperstown's quaint streets and shops.
