$155 per night; 7 nights $1085 + 8% sales tax and 4%
bed tax
Suites:
$182 per night; 7 nights $1274 + 8% sales tax and 4% bed tax
Cottages:
$200 per night; 7 nights $1400 + 8% sales tax and 4% bed tax
Additional Fees:
* Rollaway beds are available for $10 each, per night
* Cribs are available for $10 each, per night

of families, the number of adults and children that will be in each
family in order to help with your accommodations. It is also best
to book early and ASAP so that we can ensure that we can accommodate
all of your families.
Located just 10.7 miles to Dreams Park and 5.9 miles to Cooperstown
No smoking, no pets and if the whole team or group stays with us you can
have a team or group picnic/party
