Phoenix Inn
Phoenix Inn Constructed after the Civil War to serve as a hotel for the local mill, The Phoenix Inn was the center of life in the busy hamlet of Phoenix Mills, New York. The building has been a hotel, dance hall, community center and tavern during the past century. It is located on eleven acres overlooking the scenic Susquehanna Valley, about 2.5 miles south of Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The Phoenix Inn offers three guest rooms with private baths as well as a two room suite with private bath that is perfect for families with children 5 years of age and older. A full breakfast is served buffet style in our Tavern Room from 7:30am until 9:00am. A hot dish is served at 8:00am. The buffet is served on the original 19th century bar, and always includes fresh fruit and homemade baked goods. Special dietary needs are gladly accommodated. Coffee and tea are available all day. The Common Room is a cozy place to sit and relax after a busy day. Cable TV and a VCR are available. The inn kitchen is adjacent to the Common Room and guests are welcome to utilize the refrigerator and microwave oven. The Phoenix Inn is pleased to offer three guest rooms and one two-room suite. Each is individually decorated with private baths and air conditioning. Breakfast is served each morning in the Tavern Room and guests may enjoy television or conversation in the Common Room. The Inn has Wireless Internet access and a computer is available for our guests' use in the Library.
THE PHOENIX INN ADIRONDACK SUITE- $1,015.00 + 12% tax Two-room “cabin” is located on the first floor of the inn. The suite contains a queen bed, twin bed and fold-out sofa, along with a private bath. The Adirondack Suite can accommodate up to five people, five years of age and older. A full breakfast is served each morning in the Tavern Room and guests may enjoy television or conversation in the Common Room. The Inn has Wireless Internet access and a computer is available for our guests' use in the Library. The Inn also offers trails for hiking and walking on the property.
THE PHOENIX INN GARDEN ROOM- $770.00 + 12% tax Awake with the morning in our Garden Room overlooking the garden and forested hills of our property. The Garden Room has a queen size bed and private bath. A full breakfast is served each morning in the Tavern Room and guests may enjoy television or conversation in the Common Room. The Inn has Wireless Internet access and a computer is available for our guests' use in the Library. The Inn also offers trails for hiking and walking on the property.
THE PHOENIX INN LIBERTY ROOM- $770.00 + 12% tax - for two people ($10 per night for each additional person up to 4.)Located on the second floor, the Liberty Room has a queen size bed and pop-up trundle twin bed, with a private bath. This room can accommodate up to four people. A full breakfast is served each morning in the Tavern Room and guests may enjoy television or conversation in the Common Room. The Inn has Wireless Internet access and a computer is available for our guests' use in the Library. The Inn also offers trails for hiking and walking on the property.
THE PHOENIX INN OTSEGO ROOM- $675.00 + 12% tax Our Otsego Room has two twin beds and half-bath. A spacious private
full-bath is down a short hallway. A full breakfast is
served each morning in the Tavern Room and guests may enjoy television
or conversation in the Common Room. The Inn has Wireless Internet
access and a computer is available for our guests' use in the Library.
The Inn also offers trails for hiking and walking on the property.
