Peaceful Cottage 1 Two bedroom cottage with access to Canadarago Lake and offers a queen bed in one room, full bed in other room, twin bed in living area and a folding cot. There is a 9' sofa also comfortable for sleeping and a love seat. Modern kitchen, TV, all bedding & linen, and a large deck with a gas grill. Sleeps 5-6 adults if they use the 9' sofa - plus the cot and small sofa
There is also Cottage 2 on the same property and the Rider House which is 1.5 miles away from our Cottages for additional team family accommodations. The cottage and apartment are year round facilities. Linen, kitchen utensils, dishes and washer & dryer are provided. Cottage I is consider on the lake approximately 30’ from the water, and the apartment (Cottage II) is approximately 100 feet from the lake. The lake can be viewed from both cottage decks. We are off the main highway, which provides a very relaxing and safe atmosphere for children. The adjoining 2 acres also offers a quiet place for children to play safely. There is a large dock and our spot on the lake is nice for swimming for both young and older children. PARENTS MUST ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR WATCHING THEIR CHILDREN.
Located... 13.5 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park 11 miles to the Village of Cooperstown Pet Friendly - pets must be well behaved and crated. No smoking and No Team Parties. We allow our visitors to bring other guests to enjoy the lake facilities. If you have a boat and would like to bring it, you can dock it at the lake where our home and cottages are located. You can store your boat trailer at the B&B or at the lake. The boat launch is directly across the lake from our cottages.
Weekly Rental Rate $900 + 4% Bed Tax We request a damage/security deposit of $200
