to visitors with discriminating taste, who want to enjoy all the amenities
of home, while experiencing the breathtaking views of the lake and close
proximity to local attractions, including the Baseball Hall of Fame, the
Farmers Museum, the Fenimore Cooper Museum, and the Glimmerglass Opera.
The beach is perfect for young and old, there is great fishing off the
dock, and nothing beats a family barbecue, sunbathing, or star gazing
atop the boathouse. There are three golf courses only minutes away or
stay at home and sit on one of the rockers on the 42' porch and just enjoy
the view.
Brazilian Teak floors run throughout the main and second floor. The chef's
kitchen has all premium appliances and utensils. The upstairs master bedroom
has lakeview and a private bathroom. The other two upstairs queen bedrooms
also have beautiful lake views. The fourth upstairs room is a bunk room.
There is a second full bath and washer/dryer upstairs. There is one bedroom
with 2 twin beds and adjoining bath on the main floor. This level also
includes the living room, with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. The
covered wraparound porch is accesible from this level. The lower level
has one bathroom and open recreation space with access to the boathouse
and beach. There is off street parking for six cars.
