Old World Village are the perfect base of operations for your Cooperstown area vacation. There are 40 acres of woods to explore and enjoy with many critters to keep an eye out for!

These cottages offer one bedroom and an open loft, they will sleep a total of up to 5 people. The bedroom has a queen size bed which also includes a TV. The loft offers a queen bed and has “a very low ceiling”, it is a great space for kids! A living room fold out couch is also available. A full bathroom with shower on the main level. We provide all bedding & towels.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with all your cooking needs and for your outdoor grill. The living room area comes with a TV, window air conditioning and electric fireplace. A laundry with coin-operated washer and dryer is available nearby in a centrally located building (shared use for all unit rentals).

Spend the evening on the screened-in porch or head outside to enjoy the fire pit!

Guests have complete privacy from the main road for all to enjoy with plenty of space for kids to play. Each unit on the property includes a fire ring (fire wood is available at $5 per bundle), charcoal grill and porch to relax on. With the chalet…three cottages and plenty of space between units, the property is perfect for families traveling together, reunions, groups or teams that want to stay together at the same location. Owners live only minutes away from the property and can be available if needed.
